Used it for years now. Being a gardener and grounds person I have large paved areas to keep clean...saves clients time and money and no pressure washing damage to repair. A little expensive I think but still worth it.

Despite 2 phone calls where I was assured someone would get back to me, NOTHING. I have still not received my full order No. 00061736. As a regular customer I am disgusted.

The product actually works

Could not fault ordering and delivery. Goods arrived intact. Important when liquid. However on using the Interior version of Wet and Leave, the Jury is still out on this product. So far it seems in no way comparable to the Outside version of Wet and Leave, which works fabulously. The Interior version was used in accordance with the instructions, as well as leaving for it to do its work. Although using the spray liberally it has not eliminated all of the black mould. It was used on the internal side of double glazed windows that had black mould where condensation had not evaporated etc. However, the first window treated some 3 weeks ago does not yet show signs of a recurrence of mould. I also think it works out more expensive using the Interior version compared to the Exterior version because the spray itself is not very fine and so you are in effect using more.

Ordered a Black Friday deal, reward points were deducted from my account, order confirmed but payment not taken. After three calls to customer services, still not sorted, with promises to look into this and get back to me not being followed through. Gave up on one call that wasn’t answered after 20 minutes.

I tried this product in May 2021 on my front garden path after my neighbour had just had his jet washed and mine was looking grubby. I was very sceptical about the claims made and after a few weeks didn’t notice ant great difference. A year later though after just the one application my path looked noticeably cleaner and now compared to my neighbours looks great! It was very easy to apply and I will be repeating the application regularly from now on! Excellent product.

When I try to contact seller via e-mail the site states Order Not Found.
eBay have not replied to any of my e-mails, £30.00 was taken from my account, totally disgusted of the way I have been treated !

My builder recommended Wet & Forget to me and I am so glad he did. To paraphrase another company's saying, Wet & Forget algae remover does exactly what it says it will do. It could not be easier to use and swiftly removed the green algae on both the garden path and the house wall where we had removed some long established bushes. Customer service is second to none. My first order not only attracted a discount but was delivered the very next day. I will certainly be placing further orders and can fully recommend both the product and the company.

I have been using wet and forget outside on my patios and paths for nearly two years now and when I seen wet and forget for mould and mildew I just had to try it and I have not been disappointed it does what it says on the label fantastic well done
